Very tricky to say the least. I don't know if there are any experts on this board, but from my understanding you need-
An excellent script.
An agent.
A company interested in the series.
A pilot.
A BIBLE (Including character profiles, personalities, interactions, plotlines, history, EVERYTHING)
A shitload of luck.
Of course, I'm glossing over a huge amount of stuff because I've never dabbled in the TV realm before.
You could see if any of your local public access stations will let you do a program.
