I bought some of Jim Ross' beef jerky off WWE.com once. It was nice.

Bought and destroyed two large bags of jack links'a sweet & hot yesterday because of this thread.
Today after waking up I was shitting fire
This was way more spicy on the way out than on the way in.

sweet and hot is probably the best flavor. plus its pretty soft. most of the others are dry and stringy.

I have grown up in the southern-midwest so I have had a variety of jerky but the best jerky I have ever had was at a roadside stand just outside of Thackerville, Oklahoma when I was going to a concert at the Winstar Casino there. I assume the stand was there to captalize on the traffic from the casino, but I stopped anyway because prices were decent and I was starving.

It was AMAZING. They had some kind of BBQ habanero spice going on that made my mouth felt like it was gonna melt, but god damn was it good. I ended up buying a pound of it by the time it was all said and done lol

Was the jerky made at that stand? A lot of the best jerky and meats in general in that area come from a butcher in Muenster TX called Fischer's. I miss it, it was good stuff.

I honestly have no idea if they made it themselves not. I just bought a pound of jerky and some of their other...shall we say "products" and went on my merry way.
