A Swedish person is likely to have more facts about the coutry. A black American doesn't have some insight into the emotional state of all other black Americans.

Yeah, they potentially do.

It might be racist to ask a black Somalian about affairs relating to African Americans. That's a race-only judgement.

But an actual ethnic African living in America? That's an actual sample of the larger African American subculture population. They potentially do have more insight into the lives of African Americans.
