I've tried a bunch of these get-paid-to-play things. The trick is not grinding 8 hours on trash games, I do them while watching shows and pick better offers like "reach level X" or quick surveys. I've cashed out small amounts to PayPal and a Steam code without issues, but it's pocket money, not rent.
