The costume is a Russian Naval Officer's outfit. I just took a Black wool overcoat and safety pinned some gold navy buttons I got from Wal-Mart on it. Then I wore my black turtleneck, black slacks, and boots underneath. The hat belongs to one of my little brother's friends. He left it here, so I didn't feel the need to ask him if I could use it

It won me "Best Overall Appearance" at the costume contest at school!
