I Was Wrong About the PS5's Launch Lineup and I'm Glad

A few weeks ago I made a thread (that was a bit too negative, TL;DR there was some disappointment about current gen in general) about the way these companies have been planning their exclusives for the past generation or two starting from the weak launch lineups of the PS4 and Xbox One, how many repeats we've had of the same games at E3 over and over, and things like that. However, I'm happy to admit that I may actually be totally wrong and that the lineup of the PS5 is looking much better than the launch of the PS4, if not that then at least in the first year like Spider-Man MM, Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, Demon's Souls, Horizon II (even though I'm not fond of Horizon I), etc. I wanted Sony to plan out their titles more and it seems they indirectly addressed that issue I had, so there's really not anything negative I can say anymore, at least not at the moment.

As far as Xbox Series X goes, I don't know because I'm waiting for next month's reveal. Is Halo as a launch title enough to carry a new Xbox console? Hopefully I'm wrong about Xbox too and they really wow us with their studio announcements. I'm personally excited for the new generation, and I know not everybody agrees with me but I'm over the moon with what has been announced so far.

Astrobot will be launch as it is preinstalled

we have literally not a single confirmed Sony launch title aside from Astrobot.

even Spider-Man seems to either coming a few weeks after launch or be out on launch

but until we have a list, it's really hard to judge
