I will buy ______ console if it has ____ as a launch title.

I'd like to add:

Revolution: New Psuedo-2D Mario title (no outsoursed shit either, gotta be made by Miyamoto) or a Punch-Out!!.

X360: Enemy Territories: Quake Wars (make it happen Activision)
 
360 - Next gen in what, 6 months!!!!! Like GAF'rs can wait... whatever:) Games... PDZ, DOA4, PGR3, Oblivian, Madden, Kameo, Ghost Recon 3, Dead Rising:), TONS later (gears, Lost Oddessy, Blue Dragon, Ninja Gaiden 2, Shadowrun, 99 Nights, Afterburner, VF 5, Too Human... :) )

PS3, when there is something that I have to have that is not on the 360... After my current Forza addiction, it's gonna have to be more than Madden and GT this time. And they have to fix their crappy online "plan".

Rev, A NEW MARIO GAME, and not some sunshine bs. As for dl'ing the games I already own, whatever.
 
PS3 - Jak and Daxter game that's like the first one
X360 - Full Auto looks cool
Rev - Any of the following: Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Smash Bros
 
Revolution will be mine on launch day unless, by some random act of weirdness, all the launch titles suck.

Might get Xbox as well, again, that's if anything good lands on launch day. So far though I'm not really blown away enough by anything shown (realtime) to warrant a puchase..
 
All 3 at launch.

Timing is nasty. I'd like to think I'd wait for a PS3, but Xbox 360 will be first, so I won't be able to resist.

Whatever console gets VF5 gets my money. Similarly, looks like i'm buying a Revolution at launch for online Super Smash Bros.
 
Rev= Biggest launch of any console ever 1000+ games available at launch (All 5-21yrs old!!!)

I think they'll throw in a choice of 2-3Nintendo titles or 1 from each generation as an incentive to try and buy
 
I don't know if I'll get any at launch yet, possibly a PS3 but it would also have to have at least 3 games within the launch period (first 5/6 weeks or so) that I'd want for me to consider getting on launch day. Otherwise just not worth the hassle of reserving, queuing and fighting for one.

Rev, I'd say once again 3 desirable games, a brand new Nintendo IP with the same development priority as a Zelda or a Mario at launch would probably be major incentive to get one at launch.

Xbox360, not a chance I'll get this at launch, unless of course between now and the end of the year I become so hideously wealthy that a few hundred pounds is like small change to me. Currently the games that interest me stand at two, Lost Odyssey and 99 Nights. Even should it reach that magic 3 titles number it's going to have to do a hell of a lot more convincing than either the Rev or PS3 to get me to consider buying one.
 
X360: Halo 3, if it was REALLY ready
PS3: I won't get one at launch no metter what, a very bad timing for me :(
Rev: Smash\Mario\Zelda\Metroid\Mario kart, but I'll get one no matter what because of what happens next :\ (I get drafted not a lot after launch and I want to experience the rev before that).

Although either DMC4 or MGS4. I like both series equally.

I will buy a 360/PS3 if it has PGR3/GR3/SSX4/Burnout Next/Socom Next/Ridge Racer Next as a launch title.
 
x360: needs something I can't get already in spades on a PC.
Rev: zelda - (RE5?)
PS3: AceCombat 6, MGS4, GT5, (Soul calibur 3?)
 
Anything for a FF7 remake :D (well anything capable of touching the demo that was shown at Sony's pc.)

But I plan on buying everything eventually anyways, so I guess my answer is everything for anything, but right now I'm really looking foward to Gears of War and Lost Odysee on the 360 if any of those, or any of the Sega titles make their way to launch (and are good) I'm there!

All sony has to do is ship with that F1 game and/or Killzone and I'm there.

If Nintendo launches with a Mario title and/or a new Metroid title, the Revolution could be a dishwasher and I'd still be there!!

In short-I'm buying both the 360 and PS3 at launch. The next Nintendo system I may wait abit,unless SEGA are onboard with some of the games I've listed here,right at its launch,then I'l buy asap.
 
I'm sold on PS3 no matter what and will get it at launch. I don't care about launches, I'll get a X360 or Revolution when these games come out or at least announced with some media. That or the games are already announced and they turn out to be awesome:

I'm going to buy xbox 360 for Oblivion. Then a couple years later I'll upgrade my graphics card and buy it again for PC for all the mods. I'm such a dirty Bethesda whore.


I'm going to buy PS3 when I see a Killzone as good as what I saw or another GTA or something like that, I'll pick it up. I'm sure shortly after launch (when the shortages die down).

I'd definitely take MGS4 though I know Kojima will take a lot more time to do it so it is highly unlikely we'll see it at launch, though that would be so cool!

I believe they mentioned in their interviews that you'll be able to download the mods through LIVE with Oblivion.

Buying consoles at launch can be a pyramid scheme! I avoid! (SC1 for DC notwithstanding) :P

Seriously, I did this for the PS2 with Star Ocean 3, which ended up being announced not a launch title, got delayed like 3 times, then I got to play it. *shudder*
 
XBOX 360: An amazing PD0 with 40+ multiplayer challenges, including online co-op.
PS3: Mary Kate and Ashley: Riding Horces is Fun!
Revolution: A new real Mario, or as they're calling it, Mario 128 and a Smash Brothers wouldn't hurt
