I have both a ps5 and a SX.
They get played equally, but haven't touched either in nearly a year.
My switch 2 has gotten more game time than both consoles combined.
but pc is my main baby

I just set up my HDMI 2.1 switcher last night. I may actually use my Xbox more now. Having to switch between my 1 available hdmi 2.1 ports due to the other port being my eARC port.

Still have my Series X. I haven't played it much recently as I am mostly gaming on pc (desktop & laptop), but my wife uses it regularly. She switches between the XSX and Switch/Switch 2. Although lately, she has been using her PSP as well. (Just bought a new battery for it.)

I got a Series S for $150. Gave it away to my nephew. My brother got mad trying to hook it up cause I had to take the console off my MS account. Which I did in less than 10min. So he bought his own. Never got it back yet. I plan to take it next time I'm there so I can trade it in to GameStop.

I love my Series X and I've owned 3 Series Xs over the course of this gen but 3 at a time? Why?
- one for me (black, 1 TB + 4 TB memory expansion)
- another one for me at my parents' home (galaxy black, 2 TB)
- and a third one for me as well, sitting in the closet (white, bought ahead just in case one of the other two breaks down)

Yeah, I bought an X at launch. I used to use it way more than my PS5, actually.

I say "used to", because the damn thing broke about a year and a half ago, and it's not really repairable. (I say this after spending dozens of hours trying to isolate the issue, or even find an example of it online. I even consulted an acquaintance of mine who fucking designed the hardware, and even he doesn't know what's wrong.)

So, yeah, I have a Series X, and I loved it. But it's basically broken, and it costs like $400 to repair. I was hoping those costs would go down over time, but hey, fuck me.

I have one. However, it's sitting there gathering dust, and will continue to do so until GTA 6 releases. After moving to PC, its hard to go back to the closed ecosystem.

I actually think the hardware itself and some of the features are neat (play anywhere, quick resume, and the 360 back compat), but its all so wasted by every other Microsoft decision surrounding it being an absolute disaster.

I have a series x, I turn it on regularly for quick gamepass games or to update games

(seems like I am in the minority of those who regularly turn it on)

I do, got it (series x) for free courtesy of Verizon in 2023.

I love it for stalker 2, forza 7 and being able to play burnout revenge, splinter cells, Dao, batman origins, mk9, skate, and many other classic games, although I wish they never ended the bc program.

I said I would never own an Xbox as a pc covered it and I already owned every Playstation and got back into Nintendo consoles with switch 1 and 2.

Back in early-to-mid 2021, when it was still really difficult to get one in the US, I managed to snag a Series X from Target. I've played it a fair amount, but if I'm being honest, much of that time has been spent playing backwards compatible games and whatever games are noticeably better than on the PS5. There are games that received XB1X patches that boosted the resolution higher than the PS4 Pro versions, so those games are better played on the Series X versus the PS5. Also, it has better VRR support, so that can be a deciding factor as well. That being said, due to my PS5 having a lot more storage and liking the controller better, I do most of my playing on the PS5.

All in all, I think the Series X is a good piece of hardware (it's whisper quiet), and if I didn't have a PS5 with its better storage solution, I would definitely use my Series X a lot.

I have the halo series x and a couple of series s in each kids room. Still have my project Scorpio.

RIP, XBOX. thanks for the good times online with the buddy's ☺️

I have an xbox x, but I haven't started it in months.

An idea for another poll, those that have an xbox series console - when did you last game on it.

I still have my launch series s and I still like it a lot. I enjoy the quick resume function and gamepass ultimate for me is great.

Sure, my ps5 and even my laptop can play games with better graphics, but the differences aren't enough to make me stop playing it.

I even started playing Monster Hunter Wilds on it, because I canceled my ps plus and I want to play online with my friends, which are helping me speedrun the story.

I currently mostly play The First Descendant, Overwatch and now Monster Hunter Wilds on it.

Also , thanks to play anywhere, I rather buy games on the xbox store, so I can play them on the series s and on my laptop.
