I went to WAGs boutique and all I got was a sniff
For the first time in my life I had to have an operation, which is a scary moment, but the operation was successful and Im just recovering now.

I had a hernia operation, which is done to repair tears or any other problem in the abodominal muscle. Its very common and the operations are quite simple, it could even be done by a keyhole operation but I left mine late so I had to undergo a normal operation. I had to spend a night in the hspital to recover which was not a nice memory, when I stood up for the first time after the operation I couldnt keep myself up at all and it was very difficult using the toilet for the first time after the operation as well :lol .

After the operation its been very painful, I cant move much and when I cough it kills me, but its been a few days after the operation now and Im feeling slightly better.

The one good thing that came out of this was that I missed the first week of school because I have to stay at home amd recover, but its getting really boring staying in the house by myself. Its also really painful when I move so Ive had to take loads of painkillers. Hopefully after another week Ill be better :)

Eat lots of fiber or that first dump after taking a load of painkillers is like delivering a baby elephant. Or giving birth to big baby jesus...when he's 30. It's definitely a immaculate defecation. You won't know how it gets out of your ass. Or where it came from. You're just happy as hell to see it, in the toilet.

I got my wisdom's out last Friday, they put me under too. Quite the operation :lol

It took me about a week to recover about 90% but I still can't open my mouth fully (even eating bananas isn't easy).

Anyway, I hope your recovery goes well, it's an awesome feeling when you start feeling better! Play lots of games since you're sick!

:lol thanks a lot man. Ive got plenty of games to play though, DDS, SC3, God of War and mario tennis have kept me very entertained :D

I was really scared about being put to sleep at first but its a pretty funny feeling. I couldnt breathe at first, but that was probably due to panic rather than the anaesthesia. the last thing I remember before being put to sleep was talking about fish and chips!

:lol

Never forget :lol

Oh haha, when they put me under, I could taste the anesthetic, I suppose it's a gas maybe? That would explain how it spreads so fast, and I'm assuming it goes into your brain, so being a gas, it could do that easily as well.

Anyway I tasted it and felt a little funny. Man that feeling when it first hits you, it's so weird. It's like, EVERYTHING is hard to do, I mean, if you were to do something. Even just lying there. It's so hard to explain.

Then, lights out :lol

Ah good times. When I came out I was on laughing gas and Tylenol 3's. I was yelling about how I couldn't drink for a while etc. and proceeded to lose to my friend in NHL 2004 or something, 14-2 :lol I don't know, but for some reason I REALLY felt like playing videogames during my recovery, at least at first. I never did though... :(

:lol That feeling when it first gets to you is horrible, all the air feels as though its been sucked out ofyou and you lose concentration. As you said miyuru, its difficult to do anything. The sugeons were talking to me and I replied with utter nonsense because I couldnt think, its really funny :lol When I woke up i didnt want to do anything but sleep again:P

Ugh, yeah, wisdom teeth getting pulled really sucks, but the anathesia numbs the pain for a little while. I still remember waking up after the surgery to find I couldn't speak, since there something was in my mouth. The knockout gas they gave me was till effect, so I felt really messed up. It seemed like they took 100 cotton balls out of my mouth. :) Couldn't even get up to walk by myself for about twenty minutes afterwards.

I thought I was going to need more surgery today, too: I just got a motor scooter last thursday evening. Never driven one before, but how hard can it be, right? Well last night it was rainy, and coming out of a turn, the scooter slipped and fell on top of my right leg. I was limping around but able to walk; nothing happened to the bike, and I was more in shock than anything else. Today I woke up and found that I couldn't even get up; there was this shooting pain in my leg and I couldn't walk around. Had to have some of the teachers I work with (I'm in Japan) take me to the hospital. Found out nothing was fractured or broken, but the area around my knee is swollen or enlarged slightly under the skin, so I'm on painkillers now and confined to my little apartment until at least tuesday now....have to stay off my feet. Althoough I might get to go out tomorrow if the pain is still bad and I have to return to the hospital again...YAY. :/
