I'm thinking of purchasing this Pre-Workout Supplement soon

I've been looking for a quality pre-workout supplement. I think I might pull the trigger with this one. Looking for any edge I can get that wont harm the body; have any dramatic adverse effects toward health.

I really like this option, it looks like it's going to be the one when I pull the trigger and buy 3 of them for the discount. Investing in training and health in whatever ways I can lately. Pre-workout will be another weapon, another advantage. I never bought one before, and I feel foolish for not using them all along, but then again, it's probably only been until recently that very high quality and trustworthy options have entered the market. Even now, a lot of them I had to pass on because they weren't holding up to all quality ingredients. Sometimes it would look all good, but then they use sucralose instead of stevia to sweeten

I like this one because it doesn't use too much Caffeine, has the right amount of Citruline Mallate, and has L-Theanine even. It even has Vitamin D3, Zinc and Boron to help increase and maintain healthy testosterone levels

I'm fairly impressed. I was just going to bit the bullet on a product called Total War something but this is a much healthier, balanced choice. Any thoughts or experiences on pre-workouts? I know a bit of what to expect, I've used free samples from Trace Minerals before and they actually put in work. Excited to make use of all the benefits over time and see, sort of gauge to what degree these kind o supplements can help with fitness. Combined with some creatine monohydrate, might be on the way to unstoppable gains in the months to come

When I see posts or statements like this, I always somehow think of the whole facepalm memes.

Most people are concerned with muscle building and the people who always look like nothing take most of the supplements.
Instead of addressing the basic pillars like constant progressive training and nutrition, people think that boosters and other supplements end up making some kind of visual difference, even though they always look the same year after year because their training and nutrition is bad.

I'm not saying that some things don't work (most things don't work), but with all supplements it's always about the last few percent that are only noticeable and ultimately visible if the training and nutrition is at least somewhat okay.

Poor results for muscle building are never due to the lack of supplements. Never. Ever. Period.

Pretty sure this stuff is basically like taking an energy drink with some extra vitamins thrown in. When I started working out around 2005, people would have said you were crazy to take something like this. There was a concern that if you got your heart rate up high from something like an energy drink and then started working out that you would get your overall heart rate too high and that you could do damage to it. That was not really based on studies though, it was based more on popular opinion of people who had been working out longer than I have. Not sure if that's been studied. I don't think products like this are necessary. It's basically to help lazy people feel like working out from my perspective, and when you've taken enough of the supplement to build a tolerance you either start taking stupid amounts like it's a drug or you stop working out.

I’m thinking about buying a magic eight ball that will allow me to commit to decisions and not create wishy-washy threads on an Internet forum.

The problem with these and all supplements is: they are not regulated, especially in the US. Anyone can slap something together, claim all kinds of shit and get their raw ingredients from everywhere (most likely China).

Supplements are not like drugs, where purity, potency and safety has to be guaranteed. Fact is, nobody even monitors these things in supplements. How do you know their raw ingreedients are not contaminated with heavy metals, pcb's, or chemicals. Or how do you know if the amount they've listed is really what's in there and not suddenly 100x the amount that might be dangerous.

All in all, I wouldn't take or recommend them.

I just use C4. I suppose I’m a basic gym bitch 🤷🏻‍♂️ It gives me the kick I need to go just a little bit further each time.

Pre workout isn't bad if it helps you get to the gym and actually do an efficient workout that you have planned out. Just don't think of it as any kind of magic bullet. I personally wouldn't take it unless I was for sure going to go through a full workout including some cardio.
