eBay usually. Also, make sure it's compatible with your provider.

eBay is your best bet, assuming you can just swap out the GSM chip without a problem. The other solution is to sign a new contract, which in most cases, the provider will give you the el cheapo price on the h07sh17 new phone you want.

I wanted a v300 too, but I ended up going with the Nokia 3650. It can do a lot more, you should look into it if you're interested.
