About A Boy is one of my favorite flicks so I'm definately looking forward to In Good Company. Can't wait to see more Scarlett too. Who else is looking forward to this movie?

It's been getting good reviews so far and it seems interesting, although I'll largely be going into this blind, not being familiar with Weitz's past films or having much of an idea how good of an actor Topher Grace is outside of the 70s show. I'm hoping Dennis Quaid delivers on his end though, since I have yet to see him really shine in a role.

Topher Grace is always fun to watch on 70's show. I think he's got great potential. The same charm as Michael J Fox had back in the day.

About a Boy was an even better book if anyone wants to check it out

High Fidelity, in book form, was better than About a Boy. Nick Hornby rules.

And yes, I'm looking forward to In Good Company. I'm glad to see Dennis Quaid making movies again.

Hornby fans need to check out his latest collection, The Polysyllabic Spree, which collects all the articles he's written for the awesome magazine The Believer.

If we played cultural Fantasy Boxing League, and made books go 15 rounds in the ring against the best that any other art form had to offer, then books would win pretty much every time. Go on, try it. The Magic Flute v. Middlemarch? Middlemarch in six. The Last Supper v. Crime and Punishment? Fyodor on point And every now and again you'd get a shock, because that happens in sport, so Back to the Future III might land a lucky punch on Rabbit, Run; but I'm still backing literature 29 times out of 30."
