Indie Bundle Thread - There's another one?

I bought the new Groupees bundle using Amazon to pay, and it's been a couple of hours and my payment still hasn't processed. Anyone else have problems with this?

Mine was processed instantly using amazon to pay. It's an amazing bundle. I hope it does well, they deserve it.

I've played a little bit of Metal Drift and Avencast.

Metal Drift had some potential. Controls were a little awkward but it was a fun game to play for a while. Unfortunately, it has almost nobody playing it - so the multiplayer is fairly useless unless you get lucky.

Avencast is okay, just not entirely for me.

glad to finally get flotilla... been wanting to get it for a while... i have most of the others in the weekly bundle already

Scanning the thread I don't think anyone posted the new one:

Hey look, another one of these Humble Weekly Sale things! This week, we’ve got a diverse lineup of four unique titles from Blendo Games!

Name your price for Atom Zombie Smasher (Windows, Mac, & Linux), Flotilla (Windows), and Air Forte (Windows, Mac, & Linux). Pay over the average and you’ll also get Thirty Flights of Loving (Windows & Mac)!

A bunch of these games come with soundtracks (Atom Zombie Smasher, Air Forte, Thirty Flights of Loving), and if you pay $1 or more, you’ll also receive keys to optionally redeem the games on Steam (beat the average to get a Thirty Flights of Loving Steam key).

You also can choose how you want to distribute your money: between the developer and/or the two non-profit charities, Child’s Play Charity and the Electronic Frontier Foundation. And if you love this bundle, a tip to Humble Bundle would be greatly appreciated!

Thirty Flights of loving has a bonus game Gravity Bone in the options setting, I believe. They're both 15 minute art games.

gave away the keys to the kingdom.
im guessing close to the game's release

I looked into this yesterday or the day before and an official blog post mentions that the keys won't be sent out until after the Steam version releases, however English is clearly not the author's primary language, so perhaps there was a miscommunication.

Pushcat is on Greelight, so those who purchase this may get a Steam key if it's ever greenlit. I'm going to wait until the bonuses are revealed before deciding on whether or not to purchase.

Pushcat is also the bonus for having 25 bundles on Indieroyale =^..^=

Here is whats in Groupee latest "Retro" bundle, min price at 3$. A really sick looking bundle.

Forceline - Desura N/A
Dead Pixels - Desura Steam
8-Bit Commando - Desura Greenlight
Smooth Operators - Desura Greenlight
Bleed - Desura Greenlight
Anodyne - Desura Steam

You know, I never even really looked at this since I had Dead Pixels but... now I'm really curious about Anodyne. Any recommendations for it? It sounds great but the lack of praise I found around was unusual.

Wow, are the comments on humblebundle.com always that bad?

Failure of epic proportions, humblebundle... Huge disappointment for everybody. On any gaming website and group chat you'll look, they're all being disappointed by this... "bundle".

haha, already deleting our comments? with bundles like this, HB, you're loosing all the fans that you had

I'm actually tempted too ask for a refund for these sorry excuses for games.

Damn. I don't understand, it's like youtube comments all over again.

Geeze, if they don't like the games, they could just not buy them. So far the Weekly bundles had been 2 to 1 for me, even though I only bought the Tripwire bundle since I already owned Bastion from Humble Bundle.

Speaking of which, I have a Oniken Desura Key now, so anyone who wants that, just ask and I will send it in PM.

EDIT: And it's already gone!

The Humble Weekly bundles have been pretty disappointing for me so far, but it's mostly cause I own the majority of the stuff they've offered so far.

If 30 Flights of Loving wasn't the beat the average game I'd probably put in a dollar or two to play that, but I'm not really that interested in it to pay ~$4 just for it.

I say it's the opposite for me so far, mostly 'cause, counting the Killing Floor DLC, I didn't own the majority of the stuff they've offered so far. (The only one I've skipped so far is the THQ week, if only because I arleady had the Humble THQ Bundle but neither Darksiders II or Red Faction Guerilla, and upon learning the latter used GFWL, I went "fuck that".)

Well, the Groupees retro bundle is over now so this recommendation is a bit late, but I finished Anodyne yesterday and want to recommend it to everyone who bought it.

Great game, a very distilled 2D Zelda experience with dream-like environments and a superb soundtrack. Combat dungeons and puzzles are closest to the GameBoy Zelda games. Took me about 4 hours from start to finish. I'm really happy the OST was included in the bundle. It has some funny dialogue every now and then, which does get pretty absurd at times, like a bear telling you exactly how many times it has had sexual intercourse or a cube telling you at length what is it like to rule an interdimensional crossroads.

Sadly it falls into the category of indie games which tries to tell a meaningful story but is just too vague for its own good. I think I understood the ending which really resonated with me, but I only managed to pick up bits and pieces of the rest of the narrative. Not everybody may be into that and I normally am not, but the game was good enough that it didn't really matter to me.
