Indie Bundle Thread - There's another one?

Ugh I already have games from both those bundles =_=.

Any chance Cognition Ep. 2 can be in an indie bundle?
...and when will the next Humble Bundle be, anyone know?

Next Gala will feature 7 Great Steam masterpieces with an average metascore of 79! Plus a couple of DRM free gems that will amaze you!

An AVERAGE metascore of 79 is nothing to write home about, and certainly not something to advertise. :D I expect any Humble Indie Bundle would be well above 85, and you don't see them making it a bullet point. But I guess Indie Gala is no Humble Bundle indeed...

What the hell are you talking about, seeing that the average score with be 79 is a great selling point for many considering all the junk that gets shoveled out in all these bundles nowadays, I know I'm now more intrigued about this upcoming bundle then I was before.

EDIT: Now back.

Wow, Talisman is the board game? I didn't know about this, I only heard about the PSN XBL version that Capcom cancelled.

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/capcom-explains-why-talisman-was-binned
Capcom director of production Adam Boyes believes Xbox Live and PlayStation Network are "still in their infancy".

This was one of the reasons board game adaptation Talisman was canned at the beginning of October, he explained. Apparently the online services can't yet recreate the social atmosphere of friends sitting around a table and playing together in the same room.

"We looked at the other games on XBLA and PSN and realized that very few people were willing to sit and play a game for more than an hour. With a regular Talisman match coming in between three-to-five hours, this created an issue with how we would make the game fun and engaging for that whole time," Boyes told Giant Realm.

EDIT: In case anyone wants to vote for them on steam greenlight http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198069478830/myworkshopfiles/?section=greenlight
EDIT II: I'm interested in Talisman, but the rest don't look too good (an exception for hearts of iron too). Why would I want a Voxel Destruction Prototype? Is there anything you guys recommend?

Honestly, Talisman Prologue isn't worth getting. Real Talisman is a great great boardgame, I've played many times to high enjoyment (getting Relic the minute it comes out). However Prologue is interesting as a proof of concept at best, solo Talisman is about as interesting as playing Monopoly by yourself.

Bought it mostly because Doc Clock looks interesting.
Turns out I already own Doc Clock
Oh indie bundles.

Haha, that's great.

I, on the other hand, just bought it so that I could add the Steam keys to my not-really-that-small text file ... for future use? I guess?

I wish I could somehow sign up for a service that would automatically "buy" me every single indie bundle and keep them organized in a way which I can easily retrieve keys and alert me when games got Greenlit on Steam.

I would pay monthly for that service and they would give me keys every time a new indie bundle shows up.

That what I don't have to mentally keep track of them all and make the decisions. Untapped market right there.

Would likely have picked up the Indie Royal if I didn't buy SS3 a while back. Did pick up the Groupees bundle, and most of the stuff is Steam keys. $5 for Two World 2 Plus bonus games seems a decent deal.

Party of Sin looks interesting, I hope it‛s a good platformer. Can‛t wait to give it a go this weekend.

It ain't great, a lot of the menus, graphics, soundtrack glitches and occasional enemies AI panic attacks make the game have this real cheap feel. Although I am finding the game oddly endearing, combos Sloths slow down ability with the other sins abilities is quite satisfying.

I got another bundle for you (what is it with bundles today, I mean honestly they're like busses, you wait ages for one then 3 come at once):

http://www.gamemusicbundle.com/bit-trip

Bit.Trip lovers bundle. PWYW (as long as its over $1) for the soundtracks to the original 6 Bit.Trip games.

(currently exclusive) Bit.Trip runner 2 soundtrack is added for over $10.

Over $20 throws in a steam key pre-order for Bit.Trip runner.

Argh, I have all of this except the RUNNER2 OST, but still tempted. Want to be #1, that maquette is too amazing! I listen to all 6 OSTs regularly, they're simply phenomenal (especially if you like chiptunes).

PS: Anyone want a Serious Sam 3: BFE Steam key? First PM gets it!

EDIT: Gone.

I purchased this bundle, paying above average: http://www.indiegala.com/

I get an email saying thanks for the purchase, and linking to my profile which at the top says "Thank You for purchasing this bundle!"

But below that it just has payment details again - no keys?!

(edit) lol sorry, you have to click on the picture of the main game

Will any more games be added before the bundle ends?

Save for one, the added incentives have already kicked in: a handful of soundtracks, Major Mayhem (Desura/DRM-free), and Dungeons (Steam). AirBuccaneers is the upcoming and final bonus, with the sales at 68% of the requisite amount (at present it's not known what form the game will take; Steam key or otherwise).

Oh nice, i've been thinking of getting Air Bucaneers, JUST Gotta remember to buy the bundle before it ends lol.

Where one would acquire a past bundle?

I totally didn't see Be Mine 4, but it has a couple games I want. :(

I wonder if somebody buys Gift bundles and stashes them away. Didn't something like that happen on CAG?

You might find someone in CAG who sells older bundles. Else it's not possible to get old expired bundles

I have a few BeMine5 though ><
try emailing support.. they may ask you to get their current bundles to gift in return for the older bundles

(at least that's what happened to me)

Just bought the Indie Royale bundle before it ended. Do some games come with a DRM-Free/Non Steam or Desura installer file as well?
