Well, Sony DOES have the movie license.

I don't understand why they don't utilize the franchises they own.

I may be wrong, but I think Sony owns only the movie license. Marvel owns the IP and they give rights to different 3rd parties. Activision seems to own the game publishing rights since Spider-Man (2000)

Sony ever said anything about why screenshot quality can't be higher? I get video, but surely screenshots can be of better quality. Unless of course i'm stupid and there's a reasonable answer.
Can't wait for the new firmware that lets ya take em directly off the Ps4.

Try the PS4 app method instead of posting to any social media network:

1. Attach and send the pic to your second account or to any friend.
2. Open the PS4 app on your phone (iOS/Android)
3. Open the conversation and save the photos.
4. Upload to any non-compressing hosting site (pomf.se/minus.com etc)

The quality isn't that good this way either but sometimes a difference is noted from posting on to FB/Twitter and saving the pictures that are attached.

Fucking hell these are crisp. I also have to ask whether this is with just the photo mode or a capture card? Doesn't matter to me either way as they are both great. I love the second shot as well; there is a lot of deserved love going around for Sucker Punch for their attention to detail in this world they've created.

They look pretty much the same...PS4's encoding heavily affected the shot, I guess it doesn't like DOF.

Well, I can't see any difference.

There is slight difference. Most noticeable in the clouds to the left. Honestly though the difference is too minor for me to go through the effort of a second PSN account, messaging, PSN app etc.

When we can pop them on a memory stick I'll most likely do that but until then I'll use twitter and rig. They are good enough for me and make good desktop wallpapers for me.

I can't notice any difference either, for a trained eye there might be able to spot a difference, however slight it may be.

I'm eagerly awaiting for FW 1.7 so that we can export the shots to a flash drive. Also they should've included an option for multiple uploads to FB instead of selecting one by one to upload. Twitter, I can understand, but for FB, it should've been included.
