Boon said that NRS have plans to support Injustice 2 right though the launch of their next game. What form that support takes is another question, but given Mortal Kombat X had two Season Passes, I'd expect another for Injustice 2 if sales prove positive.

I'm thinking that the character on the right might be Katana, in the silhouette I can make out some sort of sword-shaped object? Could be me seeing things though. I'm glad Red Hood's in, but there's still a few characters I would have liked to see included, like Batwoman. Could Kate be a premium skin for Batman somewhere down the line perhaps? They might have to do something about the hitboxes, but I can dream.

I think MKX got a lot of DLC even after the release of MKXL. So unless they are moving all of their development to MK11, I don't see why they wouldn't.

On a watchtower they mentioned there not being any female premiere skims for male characters. Apparently the hit boxes get screwed up. At last they said no to it at this time, so maybe they can figure it out. We got Black Manta, Starfire and Red Hood so I am satisfied. Now if only we could get Constantine and Spawn. That would put me over the moon.
Yeah. MK characters over DC characters in a DC fighting game. Drives me nuts.
It is what it is, however shitty I think it is.

I think the character on the right of Black Manta might be another MK character. Look at where Sub-Zero and Raiden are positioned. Might be a coincidence, but given the absence of Spawn I think he might be sitting this one out and we'll be getting a season pass 2 with possibly three new guest characters. Maybe Spawn, Hellboy, Terminator or Buffy.

It's possible that DC doesn't want comic book characters from other companies in their game. It's one thing for NRS to want Spawn, but both parties need to be on board.

He is. It's a bit unfair to classify him as one though, as he's a Suicide Squad representative.
Same with Harley.

I'd classify Harley Quinn as a Batman character, but I don't think Deadshot really qualifies anymore. Harley only recently joined the Suicide Squad, and she still appears in Batman/Gotham-related comics. Deadshot's been the leader of the Suicide Squad for 30 years. He's rarely appeared in Batman comics since then.

The arms are too big for Batwoman, I think. That and the silhouette is lacking a cape.
Switch out Raiden and Azrael with someone else and i would take it.
It's certainly possible, although they seem quite happy to have various crossovers with IDW/Dark Horse/Boom Studios etc for comic stuff.

Wow, I'm pretty satisfied by the revealed DLC characters! I didn't think Sub-Zero would be in, but I await his gameplay breakdown.
A lot of silhouettes are hard to determine. There's a couple obvious ones(Raiden, Manta), and the rest are iffy. I do think the far right female looking silhouette is perhaps Cheshire--she'd work well with the gear system giving her different masks.

The shoulders could easily be padded. Batgirl had ridiculous shoulder padding in the first game.

Eh, that's a stretch considering the size of the character. Look how the silhouette bulges out at the serratus anterior/lats as well. That's a male silhouette or it's a DC equivalent of She-Hulk.
I want to believe it is a troll, but not when both Manta and that one are so obvious. I think they could get a lot of crap for being so blatantly misleading.

Have we seen much in the way of alternate costumes for Bane? I love the character but I'm not the biggest fan of the full body suits and stuff he seems to be wearing in a lot of the gameplay I've seen of him.
Secretly hoping for a Dark Knight Rises Bane since this his frame is significantly smaller in this game.
