Is there anyway you can delete the web addresses that pop up when you start to type in a new website address?
eg. I start to put in "www.n" and then every site that I have ever been to that starts with the letter "N" pops up under the address bar.

Can I clear whatever is saved so that nothing comes up?

but yes, there is an option for that. Just can't remember since haven't used Explorer in months and maybe never will.

http://www.ccleaner.com/ <-- I'd imagine that will work. *and yeah.. there is an option in IE somewhere, but ccleaner is easier... so is using another browser.

I've thought about that. But there has got to be an option where I can either clear this out every now and again or to disable it altogether.

Uh, while the cause may be noble it's a bit retarded suggesting he jump ship to a browser that does the exact same thing, and will even, in the installer, offer to bring them over for him. Like this is some horribly evil thing that IE does that he needs to escape from.
