I'm still confused as to how to they didn't put Link inside of the Slim and Pro console or at minimum the Pro.I wonder if PS Link will be the standard for PS6 but Bluetooth will probably catch up by then.

1. Go to the Microsoft Update Catalog
2. Search for "0f7c13ba-e653-4d4d-bb6b-b3581b2df8ee"
3. Download the package
4. Extract the package
5. Run the setup
It worked for me on Windows 10 with my Link Adaptor and my Pulse Explores.
