I was just wondering what your guys use and how your setup.

What is the best IRC setup? Mirc? Any extensions that make IRC easier to use?

I really wanted to get back into subed anime's and its harder and harder to find sites with archived torrents and stuff.

While were at it can someone explain newsgroups for me? How can i access them and what are some of the best?

For IRC, I use invision client. Anyone will do the job for xdcc/fserves.
