While the game is installing? That's probably not good. It would at least corrupt the data being installed so you'd have to start over. Who knows if it could actually hurt the PS4.

EDIT: Oh right, it lets you play while installing some of the game. I bet once you're able to play it's fine to take it out.

I don't have a PS4, I forgot you could play while the game is installing after a certain amount has been installed. I would imagine if you're at that point it's probably ok. I mean, if I were installing a game I would let it finish just in case, but I doubt they made that big an oversight.
