Really?? I grew up in the duct. Now I'm in the Harbors.

I have no Warez or anything like that though. I don't even ordinarily download Tv shows, I'm a movie kinda guy. I only wanted to check out Lost, Arrested Development, and Dead Like Me since I've heard good things. I got hosed.

That's why the laws must be changed.

The laws must be changed so we can all copy anything we want, at any time, with no cash going to the folks who make the things we copy?

Yeah. That makes perfect sense.

That seems weak to me... going behind your back and telling on you to your internet provider. You got a problem, you come to me, b***h.

I didn't say that.

But obviously technology has changed and lazy business people would rather sue people than figure out how to sell the ability to share TV shows with friends legally.

I'm sure this argument has been made in many other threads, but current Copyright law is very bad for consumers right now. If you don't mind the idea of not really owning anything you buy, including your computer, then let "the copyright holders" take this fight where they want to take it.

ISP didn't really track you dowloading activites basically you used bittorrent which is very easy to get a hold of your ip address. I bet those that enforce copyright laws tracked you back and reported to ISP to enforce copyright laws. Lets just say, don't use bittorrent regularly unless its stuff thats not warez, copyrighted material, etc.

there's really no point in arguing over the validity of the law, because valid or not, the law already won here.

like hell they did. I downloaded the show, shared it, and watched it. And I'll do it again too, two times!
