It seems this is an European problem, everyone I know seems to have the same issue, endless loading and the video doesnt start.

I tried youP*rn and its working fine, for reference obviously.

It just stopped working at my house, I'm in the USA, east coast. I was watching videos about voter fraud in the election, and everything turned to spinning circles. Every other website continues to work, and the YouTube site itself works except for the playing of videos.
