ISS spacewalk: Leak springs in astronaut's helmet
Nasa has aborted a spacewalk at the International Space Station (ISS) because of a dangerous water leak in an astronaut's helmet.

The leak was so bad that Luca Parmitano, Italy's first spacewalker, could not hear or speak as the spacewalk came to an abrupt end.

He asked his spacewalking partner, Christopher Cassidy, for help getting back inside the ISS.

The source of the leak was not immediately known but one possible source being considered was the helmet drink bag that astronauts sip from during spacewalks.

Am I the only one bothered by the "It could be the Russian made cooling system". Just sounded like they wanted to play the blame game.

Great to hear that he is ok. Must be really scary when something unexpected happens in space outside the craft.

I've heard that astronauts have in the past gone mad and tried to kill their fellow astronauts.
Maybe that's what happened here?
