Real talk though, the Rumble match blows. It always has done, it always will. It's about cool, memorable moments and surprises. Without those, a Rumble match is nothing.

I agree. Which is the only reason I'm feeling midly positive to this years match. As I said, they only announced like 15 guys for the match (last year they had maybe 5 surprise spots left), then there's AJ Styles coming in, which should be fun.

It can't be as bad as last years match, so there's that, too.

If they really want to guarantee cheers for Roman, add some stips like "no more Authority... ever" and stick to it.

Based off previous performance I think the Rumble is in the garbage can as far as PPVs go right now.

I had a similar urge around the Black Friday deals, but decided that with my PS4, Laptop (even if it is a Macbook Pro), iPhone and son's Wii U all in my house and accessible to me at any given time that it would be a waste of cash. I similarly talked myself out of building a PC, but that thought keeps coming back to haunt me, especially with XCom 2 imminent.

AJ has openly stated many times that he just wants to wrestle for whoever is going to give him the most money. I was in Amsterdam for the millennium and your grey winter nights are somehow even more oppressive than ours. That said, i'd smoked so much of your legal weed by then that it could have just been in my mind.

I should also probably tackle the backlog. My one remaining Fallout 4 trophy is the settlement one, where I need 100 happiness, and no matter what I do it won't go above 85. If I could just get that done, I could focus on the backlog. It's hitting me right in the OCD gland.
