Correct me if I'm wrong but this is actually the SECOND Bleach PSP game right? I vaguely remember the first one only having 5/6 playable characters? How well did that sell, and what did they do this time around to improve the game?

I could be wrong, but I'm not sure that Bleach 2 will sell that many systems, since most Bleach fans probably bought their PSPs when Bleach 1 came out, guess we'll have to see hardware numbers.

"Relaxing Bear -in the way for two weeks- (limited edition with plush doll)"

It's apparently a game where a Sanrio (read: Hello Kitty, Badtz-Maru) character that's an extremely slothful bear comes to live at your house for a while, and you have to deal with it being underfoot in a variety of ways that only Japanese preteen girls could find endearing.

Wow, Castlevania DS didn't even make the top 20?!? That says a lot about the DS demographic, if you ask me.

How many damn Castlevania sales discussions do we have to have just to get the same damn point across? Also don't give me this COTM sales either, it was a launch title in Japan and America, it's sales would have definitely been boosted for that, period, and even with that it was far from stellar in Japan.

I'm still surprised that others are surprised by Dawn of Sorrow's sales.

I think Jump Super Stars has some legs. I wouldn't be surprised if it joins the Brain Training games as the third DS game to float in the top ten week after week.

Is this PSP Bleach game developed by Treasure too or is that only the upcoming DS game?

Wow. Sony is really putting it to nintendo.

Japan = somewhat close battle of Xbox/Gamecube in 2002/2003 proportions
US = All Sony, all the time
Europe = Nintendo had their time, and Sony is evidently hitting it like The Plague.
Even in smaller countries like Korea and Australia, the PSP is either very successful, or is the most anticipated peice of hardware.

The PSP has a good run coming up, including an anticipated Gundam game, Rockman, Winning Eleven 9, Princess Crown, Guilty Gear, and Densha De Go, all in this month. Finaal Fantasy AC also seems to be a lock for this month. the PSP may take September :D

I dunno. I just hate Nintendo all of a sudden.

In Korea DS never had a chance, even if Nintendo bothered to support it properly, it's just a bad match for the market here.

Damn 3 million? That's an incredible number for one country when DS was released less than a year ago.....

Not gonna be a good we ek. Tales will probably be around 40-50K which is around 6-7K a day. So even if it is number 1 for Thursday, Bleach could be as low as 20K for the week. Most likely it'll be around 30-40K.

Yes, this is a low week because not many games were released this week.

September is actually pretty weak for the DS in Japan, if Tomagotchi doesn't catch on like Bandai wants it to.
