I saw that robot girl on TV couple of months ago. Quite impressive. Just by looking at her for a moment, without paying attention, I think most people would miss the fact that she's a robot. They really went an extra mile to add little ticks to her facial motion and to eliminate the jerkiness when her head stops moving and such.

The professor says it's only matter before androids can be mistaken for human, but I'm kinda afraid of the opposite. Say you're also checking out some kinda android exhibit in Japan:

I believe I saw this at the last Robo-Cup in Osaka. If this is the one I'm thinking about, yes it is creepy...VERY creepy. It also has modes that if you touch it in a strange way she askes you to stop it...and if you touch it in a bad place it does it in an angry way....
