Mr Cannella says the chair can now do top speeds of more than 60mph

"Originally it was a gimmick. I had a jet engine and I was going to put it on a go cart.

"But the missus says put it on something unusual and so I put it on the mother-in-law's wheelchair," said Mr Cannella, who is from Luton in Bedfordshire.

"She was on holiday at the time so she didn't know what I was doing until she came back.

"She actually thought I was doing it for her."

Well, at least it's an original way to get rid of your mother-in-law...

is that Tony Soprano?

Ha. The lengths Tony will go to so he doesn't have to exercise and break a sweat.

idea STOLEN from FOX HUNT!

There was a rocket-wheelchair in that game? I've never played it. What was the idea behind the "Interactive Movie" game?

Yeah the rocket wheelchair stage ruled. It was a pretty good interactive movie, and the acting was hilarious at times. I wish more people had given it a chance.

I've never played this either, but I'm gonna have to look for it. You've got me intrigued. Rob Lowe and jet-powered wheelchairs? What's not to like?
