Yeah that's the key with his show. You can tell things go over his head sometimes, but his show is good when he has a good guest, asks an open-ended question, and then gets out of their way with a few quick "uh-huhs" or "can you explain that" to keep the train rolling
ITs social media. These people let their kids all over the net and they get with others who give them crazy ideas like "pansexual" or some garbage like that. I seen it with my step daughter. She was all into boy bands and liked guys and emo shit then became bi and then a (non butch) lesbian due to the people she hung out with (i wouldn't of cared if she was gay, but I seen the influence from her peers, it wasn't organic, also i never said anything bad to her about being that way, but it was in 2014/15 when all this push happened online. ). The internet with social media and cell phones fosters this.

You know why companies do this? Because is is WAY cheaper than actually raising salaries. So then you have Twitter engineers barely scraping by.

Your mistake is looking for rational consistency. You having minority privilege is far less important than them having power, which is all they really want.
Well i wouldn't say it's happening on a daily basis, but some parents are really doing bad shit to their kids. Mostly to take the spotlight. The same like all those child beauty shows, parents forcing their kids to learn/do something. It's just that being LGBT is the new hot stuff and it hurts the real homosecual/transexual community.

San Fran is an expensive city of real estate, so big salaries get drained fast. It's amazing because $160,000 US is around $200,000 CDN. The only people making that kind of money at my regional office are VPs. The directors (with bonus) don't even hit that as they will top out around $180-190,000 CDN.
To me the real problem is media.
