I'm pretty sure it'll be just a print article of something that got announced at the 4th June PS4 stream, with some more details. Probably an interview. 100% Sony related.
Interesting that apparently it isn't MS related. The whole thing was likely a bit overhyped, but it could still be kind of cool like a Dreamcast mini or some kind of streaming service maybe.
