JP Jade Empire box is much better than the US box

Yes it is indeed.

-----------------

Now a few generic questions:

1) why does Sammy make pachislot games out of the fist of the north star franchise and not a good fighter or action adventure or rpg with beat'em elements?

2) what are the other 3 PSP games?

3) why do the gc and the ps2 versions of killer 7 have different boxarts?

wow Gamecube Killer7 Boxart is 1000000 times better then the ps2 boxart IMO.

You call that art? The PS2 one may be generic but it's something besides a giant printing of Capcom and the title twice.

I don't comment on box covers often, but that GC Killer 7 cover is amazing.

I click refresh everytime someone says this but alas it never chages...

actually i should clarify, i dont think its bad or anything but its not exactly a good game cover.

Did we forget what IMO means ......

Is that Atelier Iris 2 the sequel to the game we are getting later this month?

Also, when was Fatal Frame 3 and Ape Escape 3 announced?

I like that Killer 7 GC boxart... very offbeat, pop-art.. fits the game real well, based on what I know about the game.

I also like the cover they picked for the JP Jade Empire. Much better than the US one... I'm really curious to see how it's gonna sell. I'm actually surprised MS/Bioware decided to release it in Japan... translating all that text for a game that will probably do 30k at most.

wha? sarugetchu 3? when did this happen? about time we got another ape escape, anyway -- monkeys are too good for minigames.

MS doesn't translate shit in Japan any more. At the very most, they'll translate the manual but the game ships in Japan the same as it does in the U.S.

What???
That's bad for the next-gen

What's this? "Giant artdeco woman and her invisible friends combat a mech army?"

Dunno about the cover art, but it's Alfa System's Kenran Butoh Sai videogame that's been delayed for months now. They made Gunparade March and Elementar Gearbolt too (they created Shikigami no Shiro too but I'll rather not talk about that) so if it might actually be decently fun. It's a simulation/adventure game where you interact with the crew of the Daybreaker and errr participate in piracy and what not on the seas of Mars. The concept was created by Alfa way back as part of their collective multi-verse and Bones recently last year made an anime series that's unrelated to the game based off the universe and concepts that Alfa had, similar to how the Gunparade March anime was based off Alfa's concepts and created by JC Staff but had nothing to do with the game. Knowing Alfa the multiverse plot is probably going to factor in heavily in this game though... ^^;;

MS-Japan made the decision to just release games with zero translation effort when they realized there wasn't really a market there. I sincerely hope they don't maintain that same attitude when their X360 debuts. I kind of doubt it actually but only time'll tell.
