Sega made a Bleach PSP fighting game, right? Maybe they have the license to the series exclusively, and don't their own fighting game outperformed by an inclusion by Bandai in JSS.

Sony made the Bleach PSP game, which is why Bleach characters might not appear in this game. But there's still another 2 months before the game comes out, so I wouldn't discount the possibility of some Bleach characters.

No, Bleach can be at JSS. Dragon Ball is licensed by ATARI and BANDAI, Naruto and OnePiece too (bandai). Yu Gi Oh , Prince of Tennis are licensed by Konami. Dont mistake because the owner of all this, is JUMP, like Spider Man are no licensed by Sony Pictures or Activision , it is a Marvel Charater. Like Marvel vs Capcom...

Seriously though I haven't watched any of the episodes, what else can they do with the license.

Well yeah Duh on me, still from the anime it would be closer to a football game with power ups and special power moves like super speed.

My question was more about not fitting Nintendo, you can look at it as a normal anime until you see this one character who loves his automatic military style guns very very much, he shots up the place every chance he gets... I'm talking about Columbine High School PR problems here. So maybe this license is Japan only?

Sony would do much better with this type of game.
