I found the last new one at a Gameco where I live and getting it back here and powering up my psone I noticed that the screen has 3 vertical green, red and blue lines just before the middle of the screen, I thought I could ignore this but I don't think I can. Is there anything I can do on my own to fix this? Thanks guys!

Not really a whole heck of a lot you can do about that one, short of verifying your video connections or returning it.
