How can I download emulators (I saw it on this month Gamepro)

and can I play people on the internet is it wi-fi only or can you use the USB device?

no there aren't any emulators that support ad-hoc multiplay let alone Online.

most of the console emulators available (save for a few) haven't fully been optimized either, so yeah

no, sorry.

Just search for a local Wifi Network through the psp if you want to try it out, you'd be suprised how many people have wifi and how many of them aren't enen secured. :lol
