Justice League/Power Rangers crossover

Well shoo, this is DC.

That said, it does actually make me wonder why the Shazam family isn't part of this. They'd be kinda perfect, since the current iteration is six strong, has differing colour palettes (bar Billy and Mary), and rather obviously, they're transformative superheroes. They're basically Magiranger but in the DCU. Heck, they're (mostly) teenagers too, for futher parallels.

Shazam or Metal Men as a Dental Homage works and it saddens me DC only flirts with the concept. Black Adam even works as a sixth ranger.

John Stewart? The best Cyborg design? OK DC, you've not ruined my childhood. Only thing that'd make this better if it was Wally West as The Flash.

Great artstyle.

Are they pushing John Stewart as the "canon" Green Lantern now? I've always thought it'd be the smartest choice since Hal is basically dead after that Reynolds aberration. I hope they're introducing him as the main GL in Justice League.

DC are doing quite a few crossover comics with pretty much everyone but Marvel.
When you look at the equation, there's one variable in it....
Marvel doesn't seem keen or in any hurry to play nice with the rest of the companies at the moment.

plus there's rumors going around that DC's next animated movie is gonna be Batman/TMNT. that would be dope.

Also just to clarify, not the next animated movie, we already know Teen Titans Judas Contract, Justice League Dark, Harley and Batman, and Batman (66) vs Two-Face are coming next year.

In the comics the GL have two books: One focused on Earth with the 2 newest Lanters learning the ropes and on the League and one cosmic Corps book with Hal as the main and Stewart and Guy as the primary secondary characters. Kyle is joining that book soon for a while with people guessing he'll join a team book like JLA.

The movie seems to be going for a Corps with multiple main characters but they seem to have it on hold for now.

We'll see how it goes, but it looks fun.

*sees real/best Rangers comments* Plebs...

Wish they used White Ranger for Tommy, clearly the GOAT ranger

Green Ranger > White Ranger

I presume that's your phone going autocorrect on sentai.

But yes, yes it does, and one of DC's Japanese localisers, who very much loves the Captain Marvel/Shazam mythos, basically proves this point.

Nerd questions.
Do Batman's gadgets tap into the speed force?
Does Superman's x-ray vision work on them?
Can Cyborg hack into a zord?
Can a ranger wield a power ring?

Not even close. Usually the only people who think MMPR is the best are the ones who haven't seen much after MMPR. Even the MMPR themselves became a much better team after they switched to the Zeo powers and dumped the old costumes.

Are you one of those people who think original Pokemon aren't the best ones still?

The fucks up with all the Cyborg hate?

Anyway this is something that I didn't know I wanted.

Like Carol Danvers & Roman Reigns, Cyborg is the victim of an undeserved push. DC does a shit job of trying to grow the character & show how important he is even though they act like he's super important. It took them 4 years to give him his own book despite being a founding member of the Nu52 Justice League. The 1st arc of that book was basically a rehash of a mini-series that he had before Flashpoint & what little growth that did occur during it was retconned by his "Rebirth" book which also rehashes the aforementioned mini-series. Lack of personality doesn't help either. Grafting her cartoon persona onto the comic version did wonders for Nu52 Starfire but hasn't done the same for Cyborg.

1.-I don't think so, no.
2.-Not likely
3.-He probably won't be able because PLOT, but i don't see why he shouldn't be able
4.-Yes.

Zeo was good........I even liked Turbo......until they fucked up the cast and got rid of adam, rocky, tommy and kat

Hit the nail on the goddamn head.

Anyone that says the original MMPR team is the best is either going off nostalgia or hasn't seen any of the show past that.

I'd agree that Space is probably the best. But it is technically part of the MMPR era. Close second for me is either SPD or Dino Thunder, with Jungle Fury being third. Time force for me is tied with JF.

The rest are average to awful.
