SEXY screen star Kate Beckinsale has flatly denied having plastic surgery to boost her bust size.

The 31-year-old British beauty was reacting to the somewhat unfortunate accolade of "ugliest breasts in Hollywood" awarded her by a plastic surgery website in the US.
It cited stretch marks revealed in a recent paparazzi image of the Pearl Harbour star as evidence of breast implants.

"A friend of mine kindly sent me those cuttings," Beckinsale told Glamour magazine.

"I've not had a breast job. The moment those rumours started was when people saw my stretch marks."

Beckinsale, a mother to five-year-old Lily, pointed to pregnancy as the cause of her apparently unsightly scars.

"I don’t know how people think you can go from eight-and-a-half stone to over 12 stone (53kg to 76kg) when you’re pregnant and not get them. I've got stretch marks everywhere," she said.

Beckinsale, who starred with Hugh Jackman recently in Van Helsing, has more than tabloid criticism to worry about.

Even her own daughter has accused her of being a "princess".

"Lily says, 'Mummy, you're a princess. Why do you look like J-Lo all the time?" Beckinsale revealed in the magazine interview.

"I say 'For one, I'm upset that you know who J-Lo is, and number two, what are you talking about?'
