I find it kind of odd, watching the allstar game I saw a commerical for KFC. It had some old black dude being like "We didnt have all those IPOD, computer mumbo jazz....blahblah and we called KFC KENTUCKY fried chicken back in my day". The kids he was talking to were playing PSPs. 2 things here...

1. We can now use the crazy old black people love Kentucky Fried Chicken sterotype again. No more KFC BS!

2. I thought Sony just started a promotion with McDonalds, seeing how Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Pepsi are all competition, are they starting a new promotion that creates a conflict of intrest?

Sony does have a promotion with McDonalds where you can win a PSP or something along those lines. In the KFC commercial, it's just shown. They never really ake a direct reference to it so I am guessing it's just shown there as part of the commercial's theme.

This is silly because they actually started calling them "Kentucky Fried Chicken" again in some areas. Besides, the "KFC" thing happened in 1991. 1991 isn't that long ago... I thought...

Your right I didnt even put that together. So Kentucky Fried Chicken sterotyped an old black man with a younger black man playing as the old black man and creamed their black goodness all over the PSP. Those damn bastards!

There is no conflict of interest because there are no official promotions for the PSP in KFC. The Yum! corporation probably just shopped and said "hey, you wanna be in a commercial?" If PSP said no, then chances are, they would've asked Nintendo
