Wasn't this supposed to be made available for pre-order yesterday? I don't see it anywhere.

Thank you! But holy shit is this expensive. Feel like they're cashing in on how popular the movie is. May have to go with the regular edition depending on what these extras are.
Has an 60-page artbook and 2 disc soundtrack as posted earlier in the thread.

I would not be shocked at all if the LE price is due to them not wanting to eat the cost of the soundtrack licensing.
It doesn't. The big 5 disc collector's edition has 3 discs of extras, but no English soundtrack. The Japanese release doesn't have the English soundtrack, right?
I would just pick that one up, but my wife would like to watch it and she despises subtitles.

Due to the success of the movie, I feel like they're crazy enough to make the regular edition 40-60 dollars, because they know people will buy it.
It's up for $35 on Amazon though:

Your Name Limited Edition BD/DVD is up on Funimation for $63.74. Pre-ordered .

preordered. Will cancel and get standard if it has the same bts/interview content.
The good news about Funimation setting the pre-order price at ~$20 less on their website means that Amazon is going to follow suit before long.
If you pre-order with Funimation, you usually get it sometime the week before it comes out.
Do they do preauthorization charges or is it like Amazon's preorder system?Your Name Limited Edition BD/DVD is up on Funimation for $63.74. Pre-ordered .

I'd the version that's $84.98 on Amazon the right US Limited Edition?

The box, the artbook and the two disk OST help sell it.
Dang it. No luck. They do preauthorization checks. They only charge when it ships.
Based on the funimation page for the standard edition, it should still have the BTS stuff (look under product details).I'm not married to owning any of those things. I do want the bts/interview stuff.
Funimation releases most of their titles with both language options and this is no exception.Do the products most recently linked have the Japanese version with subs, or is it just dubs?

I'm one for English where possible. But I saw your name in theaters subbed. And despite it being such a small part of the movie, the "watashi" scene was just enough to tell me that subs was the right way to go (for me, anyways).
I threw a pre-order in, since no charge. But if it's English only, I think I'll probably wait until I can afford the set that released this month (likely at a scalpers price, lol).

So, I'm sorry if I missed it, but will this be streaming on Funimation around the time the physical version is released?
They haven't even put up the last episode of Tales Zestiria The X in English yet.So, I'm sorry if I missed it, but will this be streaming on Funimation around the time the physical version is released?
$55.84 at Rightstuf if you're a Got Anime member... and you really should be!Your Name Limited Edition BD/DVD is up on Funimation for $63.74. Pre-ordered .

Generally yes. If you're really concerned with safety, nobody kills more trees to protect your order than Rightstuf. Their packaging is absurd. Cardboard tanks with every item wrapped in rolls of paper.Does Funimation ship their movies in boxes? I don't want to take a chance with Amazon since 90% of what they send me comes in a bubble mailer.
Do Japanese companies not like digital copies? I don't see it included in any of the editions.

Hmmm... That is odd considering most of their movies lately have been coming with digital copies.
