Kingdom Come Deliverance will be adapted to live-action cinema

Apparently there will be a live action movie/series about Kingdom come deliverance, which is pretty surprising considering all the hate and negativity this game got. Looks like it's the same guy who works with Sega to make a Yakuza movie.

If you're talking about the hate, it was mostly towards Warhorse head Daniel Vavra for his personal views on certain topics. The game itself was well received overall and sold over 3 million units.

oh boy

ED: to elaborate on this a bit, I wonder if the movie studio is going to try to force a diversity casting and, if so, how Warhorse is going to react. They don't look the type to bend the knee.

Yeah I know but this news was still kinda surprising to me.

Weird, but interesting. I think the game's charm isn't the characters (even though they are well written) but the complete mundane detail that you can engage in. Pick weeds, m'lord.

So...umm, they are going to do Czech history documentary? Can wait for all those diverse people, who don't live here.

For me the characters absolutely were a big part of the charm. Honestly the best game of the 2010s.
