This girl I knew from high school got in a love triangle with these two guys. Long story short, she helped one of them kill the other guy. It was a pretty gruesome death too. She lured him to a secluded driveway, where the other guy was waiting with a shotgun; after they killed him they set his body on fire. Last I heard she was serving a life sentence.

Er... certainly not to that extent. Or at least not yet.
I know a guy who got caught drunk driving. Then the cops found a ton of drugs, a scale, a weapon, etc. He got charged with a lot of shit that night. I'm sure he's rather screwed from that.

Basically everyone I hung out with in HS turned out to be a fucking loser, or is on that career path. I'd say I only have about 5-6 good friends from HS who actually believe going to college is a good thing. The rest just sit around, drink, and wonder what the fuck they're gonna do as they jump from job to job.

i don't know of many of my pals from high school screwing up their lives to that extent. but i know a lot of guys from HS who fucked up their lives by having kids @ the age of 18-21. i see some from time to time and they are pretty miserable, having to work 50+ hour weeks just to pay the bills and keep food on the table etc. my advice to GA:
1. dont have kids until you are 25+
2. dont ever get married! (unless it's to a richard!)

Well there was this one girl from highschool who went from graduating high school to working minumum wage at some clerk job, to becoming a stripper, to becoming a cheap stripper in a dirty town (you Vancouver guys know which one I'm talking about), to becoming a (cheap) prostitute. But she was always really snobby to me in high school so it's pretty funny. When I become loaded, I'm going to track her down and pay her $50 to have sex with the smelliest bum I can find.
Unfortunately there have been two deaths that I know of, both of which happen while I was in high school. Didn't know the second girl who died, but I was in the same math class as the first girl, and talked to her every now and then. She was one of those popular girls, but you could tell she had a really nice personality under the satin robe of being in a popular clique. She OD'ed on coke the year after I was out of highschool.

From my year at junior school (dunno how the American school system works, here it's divided between age 4-12 in eight grades, after that, highschool), nobody did anything higher then very simple education stuff, most of'm still live with their parents and have low-paid jobs. Kinda sucks because some of those people were my best friends (even after we parted for different highschools) and we are totally alienated now :/ Luckily I met a lot of new people at highschool and uni later on.

my very old childhood friend, we went in school together for 9 years, i used to hang at his house playing videogames and stuff when i was younger, he was a very quite type of boy.
his life changed when he turned 19 he started to hang out with the wrong type of people.
he used drugs, drove a car and killed his drug buddie!
police arrested him and charged him for drinking and driving and drugs, the law system in sweden works slow so the day after he was out on the streets again.
5 months later he drives a car again this time without a driving licence and he crashes and kills his other friend.
now he is waiting to serve a 1 year in jail for drinking and driving he moved back to his parants and he is 26 years old now.
what an idiot!

This guy, who I knew from HS and was attending college with me, ended up driving off to his parent's ranch with a case of beer and offed himself with a shotgun to the head. I heard he was having trouble with his girlfriend, grades and that his frat brothers found out he lied about his parents having millions of dollars. My other friend that I knew since grade school died while in college for untold reasons. Rumor is that he got drunk one night and drove his truck into some old lady's house and ended up hurting or killing her, he ran home and shot himself in the head but I have a real hardtime believing this story.

i just spoke to my Friend in LA she had been arrestef for DUI and she was in jail for 3 days before she got bailed out.now she also have to contact a lawyer to try to help her to not get a jail sentence.
it was her first time busted by the police.
i was like WHAT? you actually go to jail after they arrested you for drinking and driving in the states?
in sweden you dont go to jail the same nigh the cops arrest you, they drive you to the police station and takes some tests then they drive you home and a week later you get a note in the mail that tells you to show up for the court where they decided what punishment you will get, most probably you will get 60 days of goverment service and then a fine of 10000 sek.

I went to a pretty good school (private, parents had to pay like £5000 a year...or was it £8000? They don't like talking about money) , so maybe I don't have the stories a lot of you do. There was a lot of drug use as so many of the kids were rich, but rarely over the top drug use. Certainly never heard of anyone ODing.
It's not that bad, but there was this one guy. Dropped out at 17 'cos he thought he'd made the wrong choices or something, went back the next year in the year below, dropped out again within about 2 weeks of returning as he hated he new classmates. Then he got hooked on quitting, or forgot how to work or something. Quit everything right after starting, unless he was fired. Jobs, driving lessons, courses...4 years on, he's barely done anything with his life, at all. Until he went to Canada.

It has been awhile since high school for me, but this one dude from my class, the year after we graduated, went with his buddy to a park where gay guys are known to hang out. They picked up a guy and then beat him to death with a baseball bat. I don't know how long his sentence was, but it was a murder rap + a hate crime.
Can you imagine blowing your life on something like this. The amazing thing was that the kid from our high school was never violent or mean. He was probably just trying to be cool around his buddy....

One girl I went to school with was murdered when I was in the 9th grade but it was initially ruled a suicide. Then a couple of years later it turned out that 2 other boys that I went to school with did it. One of them confessed and later committed suicide and the other is serving a life term.
My best friend from 7-10th grade lost his senses after his parents split up. He started spiraling out of control and taking drugs. He's homeless now.
Guess that about wraps it up.

A guy I knew in High School actually killed his wife last year, and than when the police were putting the evidence together that pointed to him, he killed himself too. They had four small children, and my mom, who still lives in my home town, actually worked with the guy. He wasn't in my circle of friends, but I had a few classes with him, and we were friendly with one another. Weird stuff.
My ex-girlfriend from high school died when I was in college. Car wreck. Some cop in his Crown Vic was speeding down the street on night in Charlotte, NC going for some doughnuts when he hit her Honda Civic and instantly killed her. Of course, the Civic was trashed too. She has an identical twin... Poor girl.
The cop got fired from the force but took a job as a mall security buffoon.
This is the one instance where I'll say I hope that rent-a-cop rots in hell.

I school for track and kept getting better. He was actually good enough that he was training with the Olymipic team, and probably would have made the Olympics. Then one day while doing his laundry, he just keeled over dead, he was like in his early 20's. They found out he had some heart condition nobody knew about.

i know a dude thats crashed his car like 6 times since he got his license like 6months ago and he fell asleep at the wheel since he goes and parties 1:30hours away from school then shows up at 10:30am and tries to stay awake all day. The car is his downfall.
A knew of a guy that died in a car crash because he decided to go to McDonalds at 3am completely pissed and he tried to drive and hit a lamp post.
Also know a few dudes fucked over by drugs.

I'd say about 80% of the people I used to go to school with, before I switched schools by choice in about grade 10, have wrecked their lives by either having babies before they were 18, getting involved in gangs and drugs or dropping out of school. Now they just live at home and pretty much leech off their parents.

A guy I was friends with from HS robbed 2 banks. His reason was that he was upset at the world since he was having a very hard tiime finding a job... He had a few felony convictions on his record for possession of pot that he felt was the reason he kept having bad luck in his job search. So, being a big crime movie fan, he decided to rob banks. He got away with robbing two banks but couldn't help bragging to his friends. Once of them (not me) turned him in for the $5000 reward.

Anyways one guy i knew was playing baskentball and called a foul ....the other guy didnt agree a big fight started ....he ended up stabbing the otherguy and running away to some thirdworld country to hide. Worthless POS.
This little kid i knew was always a troublemaker but i use to sometimes play hockey with him and he seemed like a normal kid with just a little bit of a short fuse. Well i just heard he recently killed some spanish guy in his basement over some drugs 0_o.
Its a fucked up world i guess what can you expect when parents let ppl like fiddy cent become rolemodels.

I have a friend that is currently fucking his life up. He pretty much seems to let his mother control his life. He's 20 years old(will be 21 in september). Has a license(got it almost a year ago). Doesn't drive because he doesnt have insurance ( his mom keeps telling him she'll get it and he believes her...its what, been almost a year now???). He doesn't go to school. He doesn't have a job. He honestly just sits in his basement all day, eats, plays videogames, gets high, and whacks off. And the worst part about all of this is that he thinks everything will be fine. He has about 3 or 4 friends, including me. But who knows how long we'll be around. You can't grow up by sitting in your basement all day when the only outside contact you have is this forum(oh yeah, he posts here) and annoying phone calls with nothing to say besides "Hey you wanna come over and hang out?" It's very pathetic. He couldn't survive on his own.
