K,I went to Dantooine first after Telos,but anyways,cleared everything on that planet and I head back on to the ship to find that girl with the veil over her eyes on my ship and my whole crew gone.

How in the hell are you supposed to beat her?!I have a melee shield on and it still only takes like 3 hits from her while I can't even get her down half way...ugh.Any tips?

Run!

Have her chase you near other party members on the ship (Bao-Dur and the little droid are around) and they'll get in on the fight. Also try and get something between you and her (like the bed in the medical room) and toss grenades,

Wow,sounds just like what I did in the last battle of KOTOR 1 :lol Run around and get far away enough to where I can throw something,heh.

Sadly this tactic will lead you to victory in the final battle of this game too.
