Does anyone know if Windows Internet Connection Sharing will work with the DS and Nintendo Wi Fi Connection? On their page they only mentioned routers with no mention of ICS or supported wireless card chipsets. Has anyone got this working yet? It seems to not be working on the compuer sitting in front of me.

yeah, i had some problems with this myself. I got some network wizard in XP to setup a network bridge and had the LAN and the WFC USB Adapter bridged through it. you then setup your internet connection to share with that bridge. that way the other computer on your LAN and the USB adapter can both access the internet connection.

it's not ideal, and has a few issues for me where i have to fiddle around with the bridge settings for a minute each time i restart the computer, but it's the best solution I could find outside of forking out the cash for new networking hardware.

Will the Internet Connection Sharing method only work on cards with the RT25000 chipset ?

Or any Wireless Card that has the ability to become an access point ?
