90.9's been pimpin Lil Wayne hard the last couple months or so, and I was wondering why. So I finally got around to getting the album. Man, this album is fucking hot. UTP was on 90.9 last night, and they had some young buck Lil Real One spittin' all night. He did a little battle shit too, and that boy's got some skills. I don't know if he had it prepared or what, but he was quick with it, and not just that generic diss shit where you ad lib. He was definitely the best one on the show last night, and they had some really good callers last night.
Anyway, I figure I'm late to the party on this one. I guess the album has been out for a few months now. But man, if you haven't already, you gotta cop that. I know, I know, there are a lot of Weezy haters. But trust me, this is actually good. I'm not a huge Lil Wayne fan or nothing, but this album is tight. From production to the lyrics, which are a definite step up from his past work IMO. Before this, I only had #1 Stunner and Where You At, but I can listen to this whole album all day and not get tired. It's convinced me that I need a sub in my car at all costs now. PEACE.
