Reading through this BBC article about Cambodia's lost city reminded me about Shadow of the Colossus. The point here then is to crop any videogame character(s) and paste it on a real-life scenery resembling as good as possible the game. Here's mine (not an image-processing expert, I'm sorry)...

A thought hit me the other day... we know Nintendo is planning to launch the Revolution with a new, online Smash Brothers. We also know that Midway will be releasing the next fighting game installment in the MK series next Fall as well. Current speculation also puts the next Tekken title on the...

Unfortunately, the images are gone but the guy originally posted something that hinted at MK vs DC (I think it was a powerpoint slide?). Our very own Manabyte laughed at him with his armchair analysis, and the dude clapped back 3 years later when it was announced.
There was also some great fanart later in the thread but, alas.. it's gone.
