Lemmings Revolution - did anyone else ever play this?

I remember being blown away at how good it was. The whole game is set around a rotate-able cylinder:

What makes this such a genius piece of game design is ...if you've ever played Lemmings you'll know as the difficultly increases, you will constantly find yourself madly dashing around to different parts of the map as you multi-task. In Revolution, you simply had to spin the cylinder around. And because of basic geometry it makes everything closer and easier to access, especially since you can spin it in the opposite direction too. Very, very clever.

I always thought this game was so damn good and wished they had continued with this concept.

I saw that Lemmings 3D was apparently a launch title for PS1 on DF Retro, it seemed horrible to control.

But this one is developed by Sony owned Psygnosis and released only on PC?

Crazy

Yeah not sure who made it or who published it.

Lemmings doesn't work in 3D, but this is a genius compromise.

I still love the Psygnosis "mascot" so much:

Just great graphic design on the "owl-coin".

Lemmings 2 was more my jam, the amount of types of lemmings you had when you combined all cultures/countries together was mind-boggling. So many random ones but they had their uses in specific levels.
