Objectively, I have a lot to be thankful for. And I am thankful.
But am I satisfied with my life? No. This is difficult for those with with high-neuroticism + melancholic temperament.

For me personally life is great. Warning by far the most I've ever earned, got a house a couple of years ago, married to a good wife, 2 lovely cats. The last decade really saw me sort my shit out. If you asked me in my 20s I'd not have been so keen nor would I expect to be doing so well now, but I recognise that my problems were the product of bad choices. In the 2010s I made a lot of really good choices and I'm reaping the rewards of that.

My life is pretty good in the grand scheme of things. Getting to the point where I can speak and understand two languages. I earn enough to have my own place and have enough free time to travel three or four times a year. I logged out of Facebook and Twitter and started selling/giving away a lot of my stuff to lead a bit of more minimalist lifestyle.

Life is indeed great Having HoDL (held on for dear life) after the Crypto Markets took a downturn for what seemed like forever I had some unexpected joy yesterday when the market on ETH Classic dramatically picked up and I managed to cash out with a modest profit (11% Baby) on my modest investment. Still, a long way from funding the pimp lifestyle I aspire to, but still one step at a time.

I agree life is nice, I can travel, make decent money, working on making passive income, and married. If the people that find it depressing, it helps to be around people with good energy. I know bad energy from staying at my parents house talking about trump making life harder and I'm like SIGH ok, so yes I know it can suck but I know all GAF members can do it.
