The fact that this has already happened to some people says something. The system hasn't officially been released. Hopefully they patch this. The system hanging was the problem in the first place. Also sorry yes I meant to say software problems but hardware applies in certain situations as well. Some people aren't tech savy. The general population doesn't know that you have to hold the power down for a certain amount of time before shut off. Also during a hard shut off I've never had a pc just not turn on at all because of a software issue. A few lost files maybe and if his data for the game was corrupt I'd understand that but os corruption? Thats a problem.

It completely froze on him and became completely unresponsive. There's a lot of things this guy did during his stream that you can raise your eyebrow over, but doing a hard reset isn't one of them.

Guy is streaming his broken PS4(He broke it by unplugging his ps4 while installing something), complains to customer support for 4 hours whilst simultaneously being trolled by the people in his stream(Internet and all that), Ign decides that this is worth posting an article about. Finally through the troubleshooting in that 99% troll comments section he takes his HDD out, tries to turn on his PS4, gets an error, but at least it boots. He then puts the HDD back in and everything work. Guy then proceeds to pat himself on the back for being better than Sony Customer Support.... Thar's your summary, have fun.

This guy let two DCU downloads go on at once despite people TELLING him to cancel one. Now it crashes.
