He should unplug his TV. My HDMI on my TV some time has trouble with the hand off from the PS3. I have to manually unplug the TV while it is on, then plug it back in and then the HDMI works...

The streamer isn't the OP, but the OP got his fixed, Streamer used similar fix (i think) then managed to mess it up doing the SAME exact thing he did to screw up his ps4 to begin with, and now the ps4 isn't responding to same fix.
