Link: Some Pics I Took Today

the concept could be a little better thought out.

Crazy cosplay guy standing 10 feet away from homeless people isn't very interesting. its weird, its quirky, but the homeless people dont have much of an identity.

the pictures without homeless would either be better without link or are just :/ in general.

Youve got a much better eye for this sort of architectural line than you do for posing people. The architecture is really dynamic in alot of these, but the figure has no real story to tell other than just occupying space. The mural one is probably the best i guess, its kinda funny.

edit: and sho nuff is right you need some fill lighting. dont let technical poopoo distract from your work.

The homeless shots were the most enlightening of the shots and I've seen tons of "Artsey" photographers use the homeless as models to make some sort of political statement of our congested society but I know that is not what you were going for.

And yet, its practically unavoidable. Sorry, but I find the use of homeless people in these pics tacky at best, and tasteless at worst.

Nice work. I don't have a researched opinion on the artistic or technical merit of your work, but I enjoy seeing threads where people exhibit their talents and ambtions.

YOu need one in sepia tones with link standing in the middle of cowboys and desparados. Link to the Past!

Hehe, i like the pictures!. It was a funny idea with Link making a contrast..

I dont see any bad things about it being homeless people aslong as they was asked for permission to be on the pictures. (and give them something for it)
