Same here. It's rather a big red flag about where this is going. Doing a remake with a new art style and gameplay tweaks I'm okay with, but changing the game this much? I'm not sure I can accept it. At this point after seeing this trailer, I wish they should have gotten the rights to do a straight port instead. Maybe I'm wrong and it will still be a great game, but it sure is disappointing me right now with the info so far.

EDIT: And on topic, I'm also extremely disappointed by the art changes, but the touch controls intrigue me. (I'm still bitter that the Wii title didn't include the obvious pointer controls...)

I'll probably have to pass since I can't justify a Vita over just a few games, especially when one of them looks more like a remake than a sequel. I do love LKS though...

I quickly began to hate the classical music in this game in the original... heard those songs hundreds of times in different movies and things over the years and it plays them over and over...arrrrgh!

i recognize Dvorak's new world symphony and the Chopin scherzo no. 3 (sounds bad orchestrated).
i guess Dvorak i can empathize but the Chopin? never heard it in a single movie. :s

Yeah it's great people get to play this game who skipped out on the Wii version but I don't think I'm going to buy this version of the game after this trailer since it's removing a lot about what I loved about the original.

I posted this before in the thread where the game was leaked and I'll post it again. I'm going to miss the cutesy stuff like the opening. The way the little child says,

"I am more noble than you, and he is more noble than me. The rich are more noble than the poor, and those who work hard are more noble than the lazy. Then who is the most noble of them all?"

It really sets up the tone of the game. In this cutesy backdrop there was a lot of adult themes. With this new "teened" up look it's not going to be so ironic and innocent. But hey whatever.

slowdown is pretty bad. touch controls look nice though the camera is too close.

Watching the TGS 2008 Wii trailer and the TGS 2011 Vita trailer, I'm gonna go with liking the new look more.
