Speaking as someone who once did my best friend's hot little sister for a month, I highly recommend it. Of course, if he's got some weird obsession with his sister, as many brothers do, your mileage may vary. I had a cool, mature friend

Unless you know your friend's gonna have a serious problem about it and you don't want to risk that friendship, go for it. She's an adult. On the other hand, if you screw it up with her, your friendship with her brother will probably end as well.
